Ši politika paaiškina, kaip UAB Inocode (toliau — INOCODE, mes) tvarko asmens duomenis, kai lankotės svetainėje inocode.lt, rašote mums per kontaktų formą ar pokalbių agentą ir kai gaunate mūsų pranešimus. Skambučių asistento paslaugai call.inocode.lt taikoma atskira skambučių asistento privatumo politika.

Savo klientams siunčiame paslaugos SMS pranešimus (pvz. apie bandomojo laikotarpio pabaigą, sąskaitas, registraciją, paslaugos pakeitimus) siuntėjo vardu „INOCODE“. Mobiliojo ryšio duomenys (telefono numeriai) neskelbiami, neparduodami ir neperduodami trečiosioms šalims ar susijusioms įmonėms jų rinkodaros ar reklamos tikslais. Juos gauna tik SMS siuntimo paslaugos teikėjas — tiek, kiek būtina pranešimui pristatyti.
SMS pranešimų galite atsisakyti bet kada, parašę info@inocode.lt (tema „Atsisakyti SMS“). Atsisakymą įvykdome ne vėliau kaip per 2 darbo dienas.
Tik paslaugų teikėjams, kurie padeda mums veikti (el. pašto, SMS siuntimo, Google reCAPTCHA, Google Analytics, pokalbių agento DI tiekėjas Google), ir tik tiek, kiek būtina. Duomenų neparduodame. Valstybės institucijoms — tik kai to reikalauja teisės aktai.
Galite prašyti susipažinti su savo duomenimis, juos ištaisyti ar ištrinti, apriboti tvarkymą, nesutikti su tvarkymu ar atšaukti sutikimą. Rašykite info@inocode.lt — atsakysime per 1 mėnesį. Skundą galite pateikti Valstybinei duomenų apsaugos inspekcijai (vdai.lrv.lt).

This policy explains how UAB Inocode (INOCODE, we) processes personal data when you visit inocode.lt, contact us via the contact form or the chat agent, and when you receive our notifications. The call assistant service call.inocode.lt has its own call assistant privacy policy.

We send service SMS notifications to our own customers (e.g. trial expiry, invoices, account registration, service changes) under the sender name "INOCODE". No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Phone numbers used for sending A2P SMS are not published, sold or resold to third parties; they are shared only with our SMS delivery provider to the extent necessary to deliver the message.
You can opt out of SMS at any time by emailing info@inocode.lt (subject "Opt out SMS"). Opt-outs are processed within 2 business days.
Only service providers that help us operate (email and SMS delivery, Google reCAPTCHA, Google Analytics, Google as the chat agent AI provider), and only to the extent necessary. We do not sell data. Public authorities only when required by law.
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Email info@inocode.lt — we reply within 1 month. You may lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
If this policy changes, we publish the new version on this page with a new effective date.
